That seems like the location of the famous leak from Hell. I don't think it will be the head stud (that's the bolt you are looking at beside the exhaust pipe) there is a small plug right above that bolt. There is only one way to get at it and that is from the top. Remove Seat, Fuel tank, and your head cover. it will have a multitude of 10 mm Bolts holding it on. After removing all that you will be able to see the plug.
